It's Think Thin Thursday -- time for an update.
I finally reached my goal (that one pound one from a while ago)! It took a couple more weeks than I wanted, but since I had gained a couple of extra pounds and ended up with 3 to lose, I feel pretty good about it. It's such a challenge with holiday deliciousness everywhere. I've tried to reign in the cookie intake, and I even chose to forgo a couple of great chai opportunities to skip the calories.
AND. I exercised. Once. But that's better than nothing. And I liked the DVD I used. I will try it again.
My goal for next week: 1 more pound!
